Hallandale Beach Boulevard is slow most of the day and worse when the racing and casino district has a crowd. Valet lanes and porte cocheres are not staging areas, and we do not treat them as such.
Through the year
Winter is the peak on every side of it, with seasonal residents in the towers, full restaurants and a busy racing and casino calendar, so intervals tighten from January through spring. Summer is our window for the heavy jetting and the interceptor work that needs a quiet building. The low ground here floods on king tides in the fall with no storm at all, water comes up through the storm system, and basins that are full of sediment make it last longer than it needs to.
