What Broward ground does to a job
Much of western Broward was drained wetland before it was subdivisions, and it still drains through improvement and water-control districts rather than by gravity alone. Canals, pumps and a high water table are the working conditions on most of these sites.
That matters because the two halves of what we do both start below grade. On the excavation side it decides how the hole behaves once it is open. On the grease and drainage side it decides how fast a basin loads and how a lateral runs. A crew that treats every county the same finds out the hard way.

Most grease and drainage customers here end up on a standing schedule rather than calling each time. The interval comes from watching what your equipment actually does over the first few services rather than from a default, and it gets adjusted when the evidence says to. A trap that is barely loaded at ninety days does not need a ninety day interval, and one that is over the line at sixty needs to hear about it.
