Through the year
Corporate food service here follows the office calendar more than the tourist one. Volume dips hard around the winter holidays and again in midsummer when people take leave, then climbs back through the working months. The Mizner and Royal Palm kitchens run the opposite way, filling up in season. University food service goes quiet between terms. Rainy season is when the plaza and deck basins get our attention, and we would rather cut them before the first heavy week of storms than explain a flooded lot afterward.
