North Palm Beach is a village where most of the work happens within sight of water, and that shapes every decision. Marina and waterfront operations bring separator and washdown service where the Intracoastal is a few feet away, so containment goes in before anything opens and the recovered material leaves on the truck. Club and waterfront kitchens run hard through the season and quiet down after, so their intervals move with the calendar rather than sitting flat. Along US 1 and Northlake Boulevard the plaza kitchens are ordinary trap and jetting work. The excavation half is aging infrastructure. Residential streets are narrow with heavy canopy and landscaped shoulders that the owners care about, so we mat, keep outriggers off root zones and rake the ground back out. Clubs and waterfront properties want the truck out of a member sightline, which usually means a back-of-house approach and a longer hose run. US 1 and Northlake carry the traffic and both are slow in season, so we come early.
Through the year
Season here runs winter into spring and the club and waterfront kitchens carry nearly all of the swing, going from steady to full and back, while the highway plazas stay comparatively level. We tighten for the busy months and stretch after, then use the quiet summer to jet lines and pump structures that cannot be touched in February without upsetting somebody’s event. The rainy months put the drainage near the waterway under real load, and anything that overflows on this side of town reaches the Intracoastal quickly, so basins get cleared in spring.
